Blaire House of Tewksbury Maintenance Supervisor in Tewksbury, Massachusetts
Maintenance Supervisor Blaire House of Tewksbury Must have experience supervising maintenance workers. Must have paid maintenance experience. Representative Tasks: - Cleaning the building. - Repairing fixtures, lights, furniture - Snow removal in winter - Buffing floors - Replacing ligjht bulbs - Painting - All typical maintenance tasks Responsible for all mechanical work and repairs of the building, including fire alarm system, fire fighting equipment, boilers, electrical system, plumbing system, refridgeration system, dietary equipment, painting, carpentry, or interior and exterior structure of the building and landscaping of the grounds, snow removal including plowing and sanding. Controls the safety and security programs of the facility. Must be available at all times for any plant emergency that may occur. Carries a cell phone for 24 hour accessability. Expected to arrive at the facility and stay throughout duration of the emergency, including but not limited to, snowstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, evacuations, or as directed by the Executive Director.
