Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

The Utility Operator is responsible for setting up, running, monitoring the numerous process lines within the plant. Perform machine related tasks efficiently without jeopardizing product and maintains working area in a safe and orderly condition at all times.

The Utility Operator is responsible for the continuous improvement in the set-up procedures and will perform preventative maintenance procedures and continuous improvement programs.

Qualifications:

•High School Diploma or GED •Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience or proven/demonstrated mechanical ability required; reliable attendance. •Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, computer skills, with English language verbal and written communication skills.

•Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities
