Sullivan Tire Customer Service Representative in Taunton, Massachusetts

We are looking to hire a Full-time Customer Service Representative for our Taunton,Ma Wholesale location.

  • Pay varies depending on experience

  • Total hours will vary

  • Some Saturday hours are required.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls while providing high-quality customer service

  • Handle a high volume internet communication, including e-mails and live chats

  • Develop and maintain effective sales practices

  • Work directly with 60 plus retail locations to book appointments for tires and services

  • Handle customer questions and concerns in a quick and efficient manner

  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, co workers from other divisions

  • Constantly strive to find new and inventive ways to improve the company

  • Assume additional Office Support responsibilities as requested

    Job Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Creative open minded and resourceful

  • Passionate, enthusiastic and determined

  • Active listening skills

  • Maintain a flexible schedule (some weekends required)

  • Strong written and oral communication

  • No tire or automotive skills needed, training is provided

  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
