Aerotek Customer Service Agent in Taunton, Massachusetts
We are hiring for a Customer Service Agent for our client focused in the manufacturing and medical device industries!
We are seeking individuals looking to expand their career in a professional environment.
Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
Receive incoming calls, emails, etc. involving customer questions, disputes, or other inquiries.
Provide customer assistance on a wide array of topics utilizing computer systems and company CRM.
Support product and service inquiries.
Complete accurate order entry and data entry in a fast-paced environment.
Support billing questions and disputes and answer order questions/concerns.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Must have and be able to demonstrate a fundamental commitment to providing exceptional customer service and documenting each call.
Customer service experience in a retail setting or call center - must be able to deal with customer complaints.
Computer skills - position will use various programs daily - CRM experience is a MUST HAVE!
Strong written and verbal communication - articulate, polished, and professional via phone and email.
Must be able to learn and adapt to new systems in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and show a passion and motivation to growing long-term!
