Major Aerospace company is looking to add a dynamic Program Manager to their team!

The Program Manager will provide overall management support for the design, test, and manufacture of radomes, antenna reflectors, and other related composite products for aircraft, ship, submarine, and ground-based applications.

As Program Manager you will...

-Manage engineering, development, and/or manufacturing programs

-Negotiate quotes and proposals for programs and marketing opportunities

-Represent the company in technical and managerial matters with the customers, providing regular status reports

-Establish program schedule and priorities

-Monitor performance, cost, and profitability

-Advise management on overall program matters

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred, but equivalent engineering experience will be considered

Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of management and clients, including government representatives

Proven ability to organize and successfully complete a manufacturing, development, or engineering program

Technical experience with composite structures in the aerospace industry
