Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Night Auditor for Guest Services in Stockbridge, Massachusetts

POSITION SUMMARY The Night Auditor is responsible for all inquiries by phone or email, while working with other departments to ensure the guest/student receives the best possible Kripalu experience. The Night Auditor also supports the call center and the front desk. This role answers all guest/students\' inquiries about online and onsite programming and various amenities. He/she would have the additional responsibility of preparing and performing all the end of day procedures in the Guest Service Department which facilitates all areas of a guest\'s experience, including and not limited to pre arrive, during their stay, and post stay.
