Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health Night Auditor for Guest Services (FT) in Stockbridge, Massachusetts
POSITION SUMMARY The Night Auditor is a member of the Guest Service Department which facilitates all areas of a guest\'s experience, including pre-arrival, during their stay, and post-departure. This position is responsible for responding to all phone and email inquiries about our amenities, and onsite and online programming to ensure the guest/student receives the best possible Kripalu experience. Additionally, this role prepares and performs all the end of day procedures in the Guest Service Department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, reliable, with an attention to detail. SCHEDULE Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
