Job Title: Welder

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced TIG welder with at least 5 years of industry experience to join our team. The successful candidate will work a regular shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with occasional optional overtime on Saturdays. The role involves working on diverse projects related to commercial skyscrapers, automotive, and aviation industries, including projects for prominent corporations. Daily duties will be assigned each morning, involving new projects or completing tasks from the previous day. You must be capable of understanding and following detailed welding and assembly prints.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of TIG welding experience

• Ability to read and work from blueprints and schematics

• Experience with sheet metal, stainless steel, and aluminum

Soft Skills

• Ability to adapt to new projects daily

• Strong comprehension skills for understanding detailed instructions

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

The facility is well-lit and operates as a job shop. Environmental conditions reflect typical seasonal variations, being cooler in winter and warmer in summer. The production team boasts strong tenure, with many individuals having over 15 years of experience here.
