Sodexo has a new opportunity for a Senior Director, Entegra Financial & Business Analysis. This is a virtual position and the preferred candidate will reside on the East Coast of the U.S.
Reporting to the Entegra NorAm CFO, this position will be responsible for leading the financial analysis, business analytics, financial planning and reporting functions for the organization. This includes providing business insights, financial guidance and strategic direction to the leadership team, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, systems and tools, and providing financial leadership to the Entegra teams, supporting the development of business plans and controlling expenses.
The successful candidate will:
Deliver relevant and insightful information to the Entegra Leadership Team (ELT) to support business decision-making.
Develop and implement analysis, using operational and financial data, to improve visibility of the business performance to the senior leaders.
Provide the current business performance analysis (analyzing and interpreting trends in actual financial performance), as well as forecast and budget analysis to ELT and Sodexo NorAm Finance through monthly, quarterly reporting packages.
Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities for the organization
Ensure reliability and consistency of reported indicators, define and implement new KPIs as needed.
Lead the forecasting, budgeting and long-range processes for the organization
Manage the financial planning and analysis, commercial finance and SG&A control functions providing mentorship and development opportunities.
Identify and implement enhancements to the financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting capabilities (including automation, new tools, systems, processes).
Support Entegra CFO on Group and Region reporting and business reviews requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial performance, resources, and strategies are aligned with overall business objectives
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field. (MBA or CPA is a plus)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes
Experience on developing and implementing financial planning and analysis systems and processes
Excellent knowledge in Excel and notion of Access/Oracle database

Position Summary
Provides leadership to managers (or individual contributors where oversight is of large, complex support, production or operations function); may also provide leadership to supervisors and/or professional staff. Responsible for the performance and results of multiple related units regarding rates of return, depreciation and investments. Develops departmental plans, including business, production, operational and/or organizational priorities of financial planning. Controls resources and policy formation including but not limited to generating forecasts and analysis of trends in sales, finance and other areas of business. Decisions are guided by resource availability and functional objectives. Creates financial models of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.
