Provide service support for the functional areas in support of the MassMutual Distribution System. Incumbents are responsible for expediting the handling and support of service requests. May include some or several of the following transactions:
On-boarding, Financing Set-up and Initial Registration Interaction with Sales partners and Field personnel, Compensation, Contracting Maintenance, Benefits, Address Changes, Vendor relationship management, Executive Benefit compensation, and Sales Manager Set up/maintenance. Incumbents collaborate with team members to identify problems, analyze root causes and think creatively for solutions. The incumbent will have opportunity to cross-train and be cross-trained on functions that align together to be able to support load balancing of demand and identify areas where efficiencies can be gained.
The focus of this position will be on insuring Advisors are properly credentialed for products sold. This includes, but is not limited to: state and MassMutual requirements for the new business submitted, processing changes & requests from the GA/ agency or changes as a result of mergers or agency closings.
High School Diploma
Microsoft Excel- Demonstrated proficiency in extracting relevant data to input into proprietary databases
Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and communication skills
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Bachelor's Degree preferred
At least 1 year of financial services/ insurance industry experience
Education or relevant military experience
