Customer Service Representative

Southborough, MA

Join the team of one of the fastest growing Healthcare Services Group! They are growing their team looking to open up additional offices all throughout the Greater Boston Area! The team is looking for energetic, driven, and motivated individuals who are looking to grow a career within the healthcare field. We are currently offering full time hours on a 8:00 - 5:00 schedule.

Please keep in mind these positions will be fully onsite and do not have the flexibility to work remote.

Day to day responsibilities can include, but are not limited to;

  • Working in dental practice and receiving inbound phone calls with patients daily

  • First contact for patients looking to schedule appointments, verify insurance and taking down payments

  • Inputting data into "GIT form" to upload into Dental Software with patient information

  • Making outbound calls through lists of patients trying to get back into the Dental Group due to COVID

  • Ensuring correct follow ups are done; x-rays, insurance, consent forms, etc.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

  • Have 1-2 years administrative or customer service experience within a healthcare setting

  • Show strong written and verbal communication skills
