Newell Brands Yankee Candle Seasonal Property and Guest Service Worker in South Deerfield, Massachusetts

Position Title: Property & Guest Service Worker

Location: South Deerfield, MA

Shift: Part Time Saturday and Sunday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

or

Part Time Saturdays ONLY 12:00PM – 8:30PM

Job Summary: Part time Property& Guest Service Worker

The Property & Guest Service Worker will provide excellent customer service by way of sales, product restock, advice, information, and assistance to our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning restroomsand minor maintenance work to maintain YCS as a clean and pleasantenvironment for both guests and YCC staff Ability to work independently aswell as a team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma orequivalent

  • Ability to read and write in the English language

  • A valid driver’slicense and a good driving record required

  • Ability to safelyoperate a variety of power tools such as drills, saws, and etc., as well ascommon hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and hammers

  • Ability to drive and oroperate power equipment such as All Terrain vehicles, lawn tractors, and snowblowers.

  • Experience inmaintaining a professional floor care program including VCT, Marmoleum andCarpet

  • Ability to stand for 8 plushours and able to lift up to 60 pounds on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance

  • Previous customerservice experience
