As a private, locally owned, global-leading OEM of industrial broaches and tooling used in cutting, milling, drilling & turning applications, we operate in a new worldclass facility equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Set up and operate one or more CNC milling machines to make parts to print specifications. Basic CNC programming/editing, or more based upon your skills Accurately make parts to print, job orders and written or verbal instructions for product specifications such as finishes, dimensions, tolerances. Observe overall operations and perform regular daily maintenance on equipment while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Complete production paperwork and inspection procedures as required. Report any problems or discrepancies to immediate supervisor. Maintain tools, gages, and equipment in a clean, orderly, and safe manner. Perform other related duties as assigned. Willingness and capacity to develop new skills, including but not limited to CNC part making. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. Health and safety is #1. Work to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Education and Experience Trade School/High School Diploma Knowledge of manufacturing principles, manufacturing standards and compliance a plus 3+ years of experience in setting up, editing and operation of CNC milling machines Lathe experience a plus Benefits Company-sponsored 401(k), Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Dental Reimbursement.
