Patient Service Representative

Patient servicing opportunity with a trusted healthcare data organization based out of Somerville to assist patients who call in with various services

pertaining to their medical records, triage calls to proper healthcare facilities, and other administrative/customer service tasks. Hiring immediately! Location : Somerville, MA

Schedule : Mon – Friday

Shift : 8:30 am – 4:00 pm (Training & Regular Schedule)

Pay : $18/HR

Job Description :

· Assist patients with requests pertaining to medical information and inquiries

· Answer inbound calls from patients in the process of submitting a request for medical records or other requests/inquiries

· Provide status updates regarding requests

· Route calls internally to different hospital departments as needed

Job Qualifications :

· 2+ Years of Customer Service experience

· Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Good data entry and computer skills
