Temp, full time pos from 04/01/2021 through 12/01/2021, 7:00 AM -4:00 PM, 48 hrs/week, Additional OT varies, Mon-Sat, rotating schedule, schedule varies, start/end times vary. Workers will be paid Bi-Weekly at $17.94-$27.00/hr, $26.91-$40.50/hr OT, with opp to earn more with experience. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion. Percentage of health care offered. Prep, pack, load/unload boxes, furniture & other household or office items into trucks for safe, undamaged travel to storage or to new homes & offices to set up for customers. Pre-hire background check req?d. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, & all fees are paid for by the company. Able to lift 75lbs. Must be able to lift & carry heavy items up & down stairs. No exp req?d, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck req? by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment req?d to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker?s reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $12.68 per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
