Position Overview Our new Director, Public Sector Sales, Americas, will lead, develop, and expand a team of experienced Account Executives, Business Development, Inside Sales, and Solution Engineers, selling Rosette to government clients across North, Central and South America. We are looking specifically for demonstrated ability to rapidly grow B2G enterprise software sales, preferably including production-ready AI solutions. What you?ll do Build, lead and develop your team as a core contributor to growth of the Rosette product?s ARR by expanding existing sales to Intelligence and Civilian Agencies. Plan and execute expansion into developing markets, to include the Department of Defense and State and Local governments in North, Central and South America. Collaborate effectively with our Customer Success team to increase renewals of annual term licenses, building Net Dollar Retention across your business. Organically grow your license ARR by 30-50% annually, in concert with similar overall corporate growth. Lead, coach, and mentor Account Executives & others Build and execute plans to develop a healthy, qualified pipeline, providing continuous, accurate forecasts. Ensure alignment of the team?s sales execution and our corporate strategic direction, adhering to the sales process. Investigate and propose expansion opportunities in the Americas, beyond the US and Canada. What you?ll bring Extensive experience in enterprise sales roles, including 10 years in sales management preferably in enterprise-level, B2B technology Proven experience in an government-focused sales leadership role Deep experience driving success in long and complex sales cycles, Demonstrated history of clear written and verbal communication with customers throughout the buying process Proven ability to hire, lead, develop and coach a team to consistently achieve and exceed quota Demonstrable experience in effectively utilizing Salesforce and business productivity tools to meet targets and objectives Ability to develop, drive and implement a strategic business vision through highly effective influencing and persuading in a multi-dimensional global organization Able to develop, build and sustain effective collaborative working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders - including governments, trade organizations, regulators, accreditation bodies, and customers - to support existing business and developing potential growth opportunities Experience developing and articulating coherent business cases for investment; communicating recommendations to business executives and negotiating new commercial opportunities across your territory Ability to work remotely and travel extensively We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
