Job Overview: Are you looking for an opportunity to spread your wings and create something special? Basis Technology is looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation to build, manage, and execute the demand generation machine for our Rosette product line. You will marshal a cross-functional team to launch high-impact programs that deliver qualified sales opportunities. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will have all the best raw materials to work with to create this new function: a passionate marketing team, an excellent tech stack, a high-performing sales team, proven AI technology, and name-brand customers. Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute a Demand Generation vision and strategy to grow, measure and improve marketing sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue. Establish demand generation best practices, owning accountability for and managing the top and mid-funnel lead routing, nurturing, and retention strategies to drive high-quality MQAs and SQAs. Partner with the product and sales organizations to develop a winning account-based strategy Execute customer acquisition and retention campaigns, measuring and analyzing performance, and identifying new opportunities based on customer and business feedback and results. Enable Sales with assets, training, and insights to support campaigns and account-based strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute campaigns Leverage data and insights to optimize current programs, identify new opportunities, and build a predictable demand generation forecasting model. Job Requirements: 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise demand generation with proven leadership or technical products Familiarity with account-based marketing for 1:few and 1:many strategies Ability to segment a market, build a database, and oversee data integrity Superb communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders Creative, out of the box thinker with an ability to maximize a budget Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide meaningful reports and actionable insights Exceptional organization, project management, and time-management skills Deep familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
