Customer Service Representative
Currently looking for personable, driven, and dedicated individuals to join the team of a leading health and wellness company. You will have an opportunity to work with a team that focus' on delivering a high level of service to both patients and providers. The program is set up to offer a chance to communicate with individuals and provide personalized programs, resources, and suggestions to help pave the way to improving individual health. All shifts are on a First Shift schedule with no weekends required!
Please keep in mind these positions will be fully onsite
Day to day responsibilities can include, but are not limited to;
Assisting incoming callers with requests on patient information
Assisting customers with submitting a request for medical records
Providing status updates regarding any referral requests
Ensuring that all releases of information are in compliant with the request, authorization, company policy, and HIPAA regulations

Have 1-2 years customer service experience (call center experience is prefered but not required)
Show strong written and verbal communication skills
