OHO Interactive Business Development Manager in Somerville, Massachusetts

Business Development ManagerLocation: Central or West Region (Remote position)

OHO Interactive is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our sales efforts in the Midwest or West regions (depends on your location!). You'll be a key member of our business development team and will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for enterprise-level clients and projects. Day-to-day, you?ll be proactively seeking out and closing new business opportunities, driving new business forward by building relationships with new prospects, and reporting and recording activity for sales opportunities.

Other things about you:

  • You have a natural curiosity and want to help people and organizations improve

  • Broad knowledge of digital marketing and web technology

  • You have a general understanding of digital marketing, paid search, and SEO

  • You have a general understanding of content management systems, experience with Drupal and/or WordPress is a plus

  • You are comfortable discussing strategy, design, process, technology, and business goals with prospective clients

  • Natural ability to build relationships with new people

  • Knowledge of writing proposals, contracts, and/or scope of works in detail

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Manage the full sales cycle for assigned leads

  • Qualify leads

  • Respond to RFIs/RFPs

  • Create detailed proposals

  • Organize sales pitches with strategy leads

  • Negotiate contracts

  • Report sales activity and opportunities in CRM

  • 2+ years of relevant experience at a digital agency

  • Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing or related field
