What you’ll do

  • Conduct root cause analysis on trending product quality challenges and lead the cross-functional improvement efforts with functions such as Sourcing, R&D, Materials, and QA

  • Lead cross-functional investigations and/or CAPAs related to product quality to improve customer satisfaction and internal production yield

  • Collaborate with supplier quality engineers to improve supplier-related defects and cross-functional processes

  • Analyze current state product quality & process data to identify opportunities for improvement and lead the product quality roadmap for Cleanroom operations

  • Support continuous improvement and productivity efforts to enable the growth linked to the Cleanroom Hoshin Kanri objectives

  • Monitor Cleanroom MRB and to improve and enable material flow (non-aging material in MRB)

  • Develop / maintain a project plan to support productivity / growth targets for Cleanroom operations

  • Apply Six Sigma methodology to deliver sustainable outcomes using DMAIC or DFSS approach

  • Lead a productivity project through Cytiva Qualification process per Master Validation Protocol. This might include IQ, OQ, and PQ.

  • Present accurate information in a concise way to key stakeholder during Design Reviews and Portfolio Reviews.

  • Create procedures or engineering drawings for tools required to address an EHS concern, improve product quality, or increase productivity

  • Support continuous improvement and productivity efforts to enable the growth linked to the Cleanroom objectives.

Who you are

  • Demonstrated passion about product quality and continuous improvement; willing to challenge the status quo

  • Ability to lead and work cross-functionally and communicate effectively between and within teams, fostering teamwork

  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills, problem solving ability utilizing six sigma and/or lean principles and tools (Six sigma and lean experience (Green Belt Certified), a plus)
