A Production Technician job in Sheffield, MA is currently accepting applications. This is a contract-to-hire position with our key manufacturing client. In this role, you will be responsible make quality plastic sheet to satisfy customer needs. To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of a High School diploma along with 1+ years of relevant work experience. Production Technician Responsibilities:
*Reading Shop orders
*Following and documenting quality specifications
*Complete lift truck training and demonstrate safe driving
*Counting, stacking, labeling and packaging of finished goods
*Participating in proper shift handoffs
*Adhering to job safety requirements
*Completing safety orientations
*The operations of choppers, belt tables, life tables, sheet counters, and packaging tools Production
Technician Requirements:
*Must be able to stand for long periods of time
*Must have High School diploma
*Ability to work 12 hour shifts in a routine schedule including Saturdays and Sundays
*Willingness to work overtime when necessary
