KAM Appliances Customer Service Representative in Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts

Handle phone and email service repair requests from consumers Use computer systems and processes to collect consumer/product information, explain service policies, and pricing, schedule technician in-home repair appointments Support other staff CSR\'s in timely response and follow up to service schedules and related repair parts ordering and return scheduling Communicate effectively with technicians to update schedule status and changes Research and communicate product information as needed to support consumer requests and service call follow-up Maintain professional and courteous standards in all interaction with customers, suppliers, Co-workers Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Candidate Requirements: High School Diploma Demonstrate record of work success interacting directly with customers Attention to detail and accuracy Work schedule flexibility Personal skills compatible with team-based work environment Benefits offered: Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Retirement benefits or accounts Employee discounts Communication method(s) used: Email Phone Experience: Call center: 1 year (Preferred) Customer service: 1 year (Required) Phone etiquette: 1 year (Required)
