The Executive Coordinator for Global Medical Affairs Oncology is expected to have the ability to fully support the Vice President, Head of Global Medical Affairs Oncology, along with basic support for the US-based leadership team. The VP has an ever-changing agenda and fairly heavy travel that needs to be closely monitored and the travel itineraries must be flawless. The leadership team requires support with larger meetings, project management and congress registrations at a minimum.

In this global role, flexibility is important due to time zone differences and you should be comfortable working in a global and multi-cultural environment. You must be well organized and possess the ability to prioritize your own work deliverables along with those of other stakeholders you will support. In addition, you should have demonstrated ability to interact cross-functionally and with people at all levels of the organization. Likely you demonstrate high multitasking ability and the ability to operate effectively with defined deadlines. You should feel comfortable with heavy workloads at times and be used to operating in a dynamic, proactive, independent, meticulous and fast-paced environment to successfully support this global team and its leader.

Working hours: 8:30 - 5:00

Skills:

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting Senior Executives; in a global environment is preferred

  • English- excellent command of spoken and written English (other language is a plus)

  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively with defined deadlines and subject to heavy workloads

  • Quickly assimilate to the business needs of key organizational stakeholders

  • Exceptional inter-personal skills

  • Mature, discrete, self-motivator and excellent professional attitude

  • The ability to identify benefits, practical steps and timeframes for the implementation of new initiatives

  • Pro-actively contribute value-added information with all relevant groups and networks effectively across the Company

  • Proficiency in standard Windows application

  • Proficiency in SAP applications as well as SharePoint preferred

  • Solid experience in an international environment, preferably in a complex matrix organization

  • Experience in a pharma company beneficial
