Description:

Reporting directly to the AVP of Strategy, the Director of Strategy, Innovation & Transformation is a pivotal role within the Project Management department, dedicated to advancing the organization's overarching goals, objectives, and strategic imperatives. This role will spearhead the expansion and refinement of internal capabilities essential for driving key projects and strategic initiatives, crucial for the realization of health center strategic priorities. With a keen eye on scalability, innovation, and elevating participant experience and outcomes, the Director will orchestrate initiatives to propel the organization forward in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.

Working in tandem with the Executive Team, the Director will curate and maintain EBNHC's Enterprise Project Portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment with the long-term strategic roadmap. Collaborating with executives, the Director will contribute to the identification and development of business cases, drawing upon industry best practices and trends, and may lead the management of highly intricate or sensitive projects. This role operates at the intersection of data and strategy, demanding a deep proficiency in sophisticated project management tools.

In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the PMO, the Director will champion the implementation of a standardized project management methodology, processes, and tools to foster widespread adoption of PMO standards throughout the organization. Leading a team of project managers, the Director will provide strategic direction to ensure the PMO delivers exceptional support to strategic initiatives. With a relentless focus on execution excellence, this individual will orchestrate the seamless initiation, planning, execution, and closure of strategic projects, harnessing the expertise of a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities of the PMO team include crafting comprehensive project designs and specifications, articulating compelling business cases, meticulously managing project schedules, overseeing workgroups, budgets, and forecasts, and resourcefully identifying the financial and human capital necessary to drive projects and shape future operations. Effective communication strategies and stakeholder engagement will be paramount, requiring adeptness in developing and executing robust communications plans and conducting thorough stakeholder analyses.

As a valued member of both the Project Management Department and the health center's leadership team, the Director of Strategy, Innovation & Transformation will play a pivotal role in driving organizational excellence and positioning EBNHC as a trailblazer in the healthcare landscape.

The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
