Accountabilities Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project Allocates work among team members and provides guidance on a regular basis Conducts periodic reviews to ensure project is on track and conducts post-project reviews Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements. Responsibilities Typically, responsible for a defined project activities Supports a small part of a function or process with limited scope Performs basic project analyst duties and supports senior level Project Managers Participates in a routine phase/project/process Identifies and escalates issues for resolution as necessary May utilize a variety of technologies in the support of project/program plans, milestones and deliverables May prepare and conduct presentations and communications. Work Environment: Dynamic young global team working remotely Selling Points: Ability to work in the global team, learn and work with different cultures, variability of work scope, working with various instructors and class participants, learning opportunity and understanding new trends in Learning and development environment. Team Info: Team members have the same title _ Training coordinator analyst. There are 3 employees based in Austin and the rest of the team is based in other locations and countries. (Global team). Scheduling and arranging logistics for periodic and ad hoc training courses; Answering questions from learners & vendors via ServiceNow and compiling survey data for classes; Guides employees with complicated issues and escalates to appropriate levels of management as necessary. Day To Day: Training coordinator manages whole class logistic: after receiving sessions demand, contacts instructors and agrees date & time of each session, sets up the session in the internal LMS, invites employees and makes sure the class has the highest possible fill rate. Training coordinator contacts instructor for any pre-work that participants take and shares it with them, also makes sure that the class delivery is smooth, records attendance to the company LMS and analyses feedback after the class. There are various courses that are scheduled, each can be in different phase of delivery, all courses are delivered virtually and are dedicated for global audience. In the same time Training coordinator consults questions and inquiries from participants = learners and contacts appropriate stakeholders to escalate particular issue. Must Haves: - Detail-oriented able to assist in the gathering of data and metrics used to manage class scheduling, vendor inquiries, and learner queries - Customer oriented. Able to respond efficiently and thoughtfully to ensure closure of internal customer and vendor inquiries - Experienced user of Excel & Outlook - Business communication skills both written and verbal, with appropriate sensitivity to cultural differences - Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams & at all levels of the organization - Bachelors Degree - Organized and able to successfully balance multiple tasks at any given time. A successfully completed background check will be required; which will include a criminal history search in the current jurisdiction residing and is employed as well as in each jurisdiction where resided or been employed over the past seven (7) years. A 5 panel drug screen will also need to be successfully completed.
