Customer Success Manager * III, Enterprise*

As a Nuvolo  Customer Success Manager * * III you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact for our clients. As a Senior CSM, you will have a good understanding of client requirements in order to successfully execute their business objectives and ensure their success. 

As a Customer Success Manager III , you will:

  • Act as the trusted partner for your portfolio of assigned clients on the use-case and product functionality. 

  • Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle. 

  • Monitor account activity to identify usage trends, assess risks and needs for additional products and support. 

  • Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform. 

  • Help foster adoption by raising client awareness and leveraging new product features and functionality. 

  • Maintain a consistent record of client engagement, issues, and resolutions through internal and external communication. 

This role could be a fit for you if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in consultative selling or customer success. Experience in consulting or pre-sales, experience in both is ideal. 

  • Willingness and desire to engage with both Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers. 

  • Learn it all mentality with a desire to better understand both business and technology solutions. 

  • Ambition and curiosity. You are resourceful, bright, proactive and a go-getter who works well independently and as part of a team. 

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills. 

  • Solid communication skills (both verbal (in person and via video) and written). You are able to communicate business and technical value to all levels of management. 

  • Well-versed in presentation skills. 

  • A proven record of retaining and growing multiple enterprise client relationships. 

  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment. 

  • Ability to detect red flags early on to help mitigate churn risk to help establish rescue/success plans.

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 base salary plus quarterly bonus .  Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education. 

A background check and drug test are required if selected.  

This position is remote.  Ability to travel 30-50% of time.
