General Electric Clinical Applications Specialist, Women's Health Ultrasound in Remote, Massachusetts

Job Description Summary

As a Clinical Applications Specialist, Women's Health Ultrasound, you are responsible for supporting sales of Ultrasound equipment into the Women’s Health Ultrasound markets. Your efforts will impact our customer’s ability to improve productivity, patient care, and quality by optimizing their technical and clinical competencies, image quality, workflow, and protocol management.

Candidate must live inside the designated territory North-East Massachusetts, ideally in or around the Boston area.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and clinical leadership during sales process by demonstrating full range of Ultrasound products including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers.

  • Develop and deliver product training to customers on equipment use.

  • Monitor customer installations of ultrasound products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.

  • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective based system training, monitor and report on training outcomes.

  • Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

  • Must have strong communication and clear-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex issues into simple messages.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to document, plan, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time.

  • Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer training.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree and minimum 3 years’ ultrasound technical/ clinical experience in OB/Gyn scanning and Maternal-Fetal-Medicine experience.

  • ARDMS registry in OB/Gyn.

  • Fetal Echo registry is preferred.

  • Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.

  • Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing environments.

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% both within and outside your specified geographic region with overnight stays depending on geography and business need.

  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience).

  • Clinical experience in large hospital/university setting preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience working on GE Healthcare ultrasound systems is preferred.

  • Must live inside the designated territory of North-EastMassachusetts, ideally in/around the Boston area.
