GE Healthcare Business Integration Leader - CVIS in Remote, Massachusetts
Job Description Summary
This role will drive organizational transformation to support the formation of GE HealthCare's CardioVascular & Interventional Solutions business (CVIS). The Business Integration Leader will be pivotal in leading the integration of our cardiac and interventional business, which generates approximately $1.8 billion in revenue, reporting to its CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible to enable our growth strategy and creating markets for our current & future product portfolio.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the business integration efforts in the cardiac and interventional space, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve market share, in conjunction with business GMs. Provide targeted support for long-range strategic planning process
Create new markets with a focus on the cardio and interventional care area, Drive customer engagements such as advisory boards
Design and lead impactful operating mechanisms across the business unit, supporting a global leadership team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and finance, to ensure successful integration and execution of business strategies.
Work across the GMs, Business Development and the leadership team to develop and foster strategic alliances with external organizations , drive ecosystem development, Go-to-Market (GTM) partnerships and M&A execution
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Provide leadership and guidance to the integration team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of integration efforts and business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Deep clinical expertise in Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, or Interventional Cardiology.
Proven experience in leading business integration efforts in a corporate environment, and in building high-performing teams at start-up level.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful market creation and implementation of strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the cardiac and interventional space.
