GE Vernova Americas Field Marketing Manager in Remote, Massachusetts

Job Description Summary

The regional field marketing manager is responsible for being the key liaison between sales and marketing for the assigned North American region. Individual will have responsibilities for organizing and implementing all field marketing campaigns and events in the region. Manage a regional budget. Partner and collaborate across marketing function as “voice of sales”.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Act as Single Point of Contact – 20% , for the Americas Direct Sales Team relative to all things Marketing for the region, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings and planning sessions

  • Field Marketing - 50%, Plan, coordinate and execute field marketing programs (to support NA Direct Sales) including events, webinars, and other marketing vehicles with a focus on demand generation (Influenced and Sourced SQL pipeline) while balancing NA Field Marketing Budget. Measure and analyze impact of field marketing programs on sales pipeline. Provide budget tracking to stay at/below budget quarterly and annually.

  • ABM - 15%, Develop Marketing Programs that achieve account-specific goals and grow business in high-priority accounts through an understanding of the buyer's journey, account team strategies, and customer needs

  • Communication – 10%, Own communication on field sales and marketing, outlining and articulating requirements for success to marketing and other relevant departments

  • Project Management – 5%, Lead cross-functional project management including communications, operations/logistical execution as well as budgetary and metrics reporting

Critical to success will be strong collaborative skills; ability to facilitate cross-functionally with results, resourceful deployment competency, planning and developing compelling demand generation activities for the region, and a relentless focus on urgency in execution.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college

  • 3-6 years’ experience in software or high tech marketing, sales enablement, or field marketing. Previous sales experience a plus

  • Experience in organizing and executing marketing events

  • Proven ability to develop strategy and deliver results

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Travel up to 15%

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans

  • Proven social execution & engagement (appropriate, effective use of common technologies)

  • Hands-on experience developing and deploying processes, tools, and metrics to drive accountability, transparency, and results

  • Strong business acumen including experience working in a B2B environment

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Marketo,

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $89,600USD -$134,400USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include be Health, Medical, 401K, and Paid Leave.
