DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Team Lead, Machine Products for our 3rd shift with the hours of 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM located in Raynham, MA.

The Team Lead will coordinate and lead day-to-day activities for the Raynham Machine Products Department with minimal supervision. He/she will collaborate with Supervisor on all production and operator issues; coordinate priorities with peer Machine Products cell Team Leaders and collaborate with maintenance for short-term prioritization and deployment of resources. This candidate will be responsible for daily production, planning and prioritizing production schedules and coordinating the delivery and availability of materials for the Polish cell. The Team Lead will record, track and monitor daily and weekly production. As well, be responsible for coordination and prioritization of production needs and assigning jobs and adjusting staffing schedules as needed.

This position will ensure training of area operators on procedures and verify training is effective. The Team Lead will support the resolution of NC's, Product Complaints; SAP hard stop issues, and Internal /External audit preparation. He/she will reconcile production paper work, provide process & product support. This candidate will review and update procedures, provide new product implementation support. The Team Lead will be responsible for process improvement activities provide process updates and issues to Supervisors and Engineers. He/she will participate in LEAN process improvement activities, and support 6s activities. He/she will ensure all polish operators meet production efficiency/output expectations. Assure adherence to all safety requirements.


A minimum of a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Production, Operations, Manufacturing and/or related discipline is required.

Previous experience working in a regulated environment is required, medical is preferred.

The ability to read and write English is required.

Demonstrated leadership qualities are required.

The ability to effectively communicate and work with all Operators and Production Support Associates is required.

The ability to continuously monitor and meet quality standards while complying with company policies and regulations is required.

Ability to interpret and follow detailed process specifications is required.

Ability to work well independently and on small or large teams is required.

Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are required.

BTB/SAP experience is required.

The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to stand and sit for extended periods of time is required.

The ability to work in an open work area daily is required.

The ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects in environment of competing priorities is required.

Experience working with ADAPTIV/CDR is preferred.

This position requires daily commute to Raynham, MA for the 3rd shift position and may require additional overtime, including weekends and Holidays based on business need.
