Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in Randolph, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves handling customer order data, manipulating reports, and uploading product information onto third-party customer portals. The successful candidate will be working in a hybrid work environment, with on-site training initially, followed by a mix of on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a large amount of customer order data using Microsoft Excel.

• Manipulate reports to provide insightful information to the team.

• Load product information onto third-party customer portals such as Amazon and Wayfair.

• Monitor product information tickets on a daily basis and respond accordingly.

• Provide reports on ongoing sales tools for better decision making.

• Upload pricing information into the company's ERP system for accurate record keeping.

• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to manage and analyze data.

• Deliver high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and manage customer accounts effectively.

• Use cloud technologies and CRM to improve customer experience and streamline processes. Requirements • Must have a comprehensive understanding of Cloud Technologies

• Proficient in CRM and Database management

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel including Excel Formulas, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Table

• Experience in handling Customer Accounts is essential

• Proven track record in achieving high Customer Satisfaction

• Must demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills

• Experience in Customer Success roles preferred

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer issues effectively

• Must be detail-oriented and organized

• Must have a proactive and positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
