responsibilities:

Work with the IAM Solutions team that designs firecall solutions. Perform tasks needed to support current firecall projects including documenting software requirements, agile stories and firecall standards. Manage firecall projects and assist with scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and helping to resolve issues.
