As an Owner Services Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our Owners. From the moment they join Flexjet you become the aviation professional for the organization to the Owner. As relationships are established profiles are built, creating an atmosphere with foresight to anticipate their every need for travel. You must have a passion for helping others to be a successful Owner Services Specialist.
1-3 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
The ability to work in a team atmosphere, and manage a flexible schedule
Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal/written and presentation skills are necessary to perform job at the expected level
Show flexibility in adapting to a continually changing industry
Provide world-class service during every interaction with our clientele
“Customer Service Center” – Metrics are based on quality
Corporate building that is up to date and easy to get to
Business casual (no jeans) dress code
Shifts: Wednesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Wednesday
4 days – 10 hours
Training Hours: 9-5PM (4-6 weeks)
Reps Scheduled Sunday-Wednesday (in-office requirement Tues & Weds): 11am – 9pm OR 6am-4pm
Reps Scheduled Wednesday-Saturday (in-office requirement Weds & Thurs) 11am – 9pm
