Performance Objective:

Provide informal guidance to team members regarding industry knowledge, client procedures, and daily task. Delivers daily client support and prepares clients for project/product implementation. Develops client solutions and manages associated tasks within own division, analyzes root cause, understands the scope and impact of a problem, and prioritizes and escalates issues appropriately. Gathers information to produce internal and external reporting. Reviews client-documented procedures and provides change recommendations; upon client approval, create internal processes and publish/maintain them in the appropriate system. Demonstrates professional business, product, and tool knowledge and can support a more significant number of more complex clients. Assists with requests for proposals and participates in development initiatives that cross the organization. Provides regular communication with the client and anticipates, researches, and solves client issues of a moderate to complex scope, referring only the most challenging problems to higher levels.

As a Client Relations Specialist, you will:

Manage workflow for phones, processing, quality review, and correspondence. Effectively collaborating with management, client - Dodge & Cox, and their high net worth shareholders. Leveraging project management principles and backup support for the management team.

The associate will work with management, Client Relationship Management team, and Dodge & Cox, directly supporting the Dodge & Cox high net worth shareholders. These responsibilities require a flexible work schedule based on the hours of operation as dictated by the call center’s business hours 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday- Friday.

Characteristics of Successful Candidates:

  • Exhibit excellent phone etiquette and customer service while facilitating calls with shareholders and advisors. Phone experience desired, but not required.

  • Solves a range of moderately complex problems

  • Confidence in handling escalated calls or situations

  • Works on projects of medium scope where analysis requires evaluation of a variety of factors

  • Contributes to department objectives and outcomes as guided

  • The ability to positively influence business objectives

  • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction

  • Assists others with projects to gain knowledge

  • Leads projects of limited scope and portions of larger projects

  • Provides informal guidance to team members regarding industry knowledge, client procedures, and daily task.
