HII Technical Solutions is looking for an experienced International Trade Compliance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position that can work out of one of our several Technical Solutions Division locations to include:Huntsville, AL, Fair Lakes, VA, Pocasset, MA, Newport News, VA or Virginia Beach, VA location.
As an International Trade Compliance Analyst candidate selected for this position will act as a Focal Point for international trade activities.

What you will do:
As a member of the Technical Solutions International Trade Compliance team, you will assist in implementing business processes to support the company’s compliance program. You will be responsible for drafting and submitting all necessary export and import licenses, permits and certifications. You will assist internal clients in licensing strategies and implementing operational processes for assuring trade compliance. You will maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements and support the Law Department and the Corporate International Compliance Office in investigating and resolving compliance issues and questions.Implement training and audit assessment programs to ensure effectiveness of internal controls. Generate performance metrics for export and import processes. You will work in a fast paced collaborative environment with plentiful growth opportunities.
What you must have:
3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and/or Top Secret level security clearance.
Knowledge/experience with ITAR and EAR regulations. Experience with OCR/EASE software. Excellent communications skills and attention to detail.
Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
