HII Unmanned Systems is seeking a professional to come join our team! As our new Integrated Master Scheduler you will plan, prepare, issue and controls project schedules. Coordinates with Project Team(s) to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet requirements. Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability and potential problems to ensure personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. Coordinates with various departments to collect and provide data. Develops and submits contract deliverables. Manages Earned Value Management System for assigned projects. Develops analyzes and briefs project critical path(s) and project schedule status to internal and external customers.

This position is located in Pocasset, MA in a hybrid scheduler or fully remote.

What you will be doing...

Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

What we are looking for...

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience. #LI-MH1 *TL *EP

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

  • Must have MS Excel advanced user experie nce #LI-VA1 *TL *EP *MV

Bonus points for...

  • Primavera P6 advanced user or other scheduling software experience

  • MS Excel advanced user

  • MS Office advanced user

  • MS Project experience - required

  • Familiar with Earned Value Management - required

  • Experience with responding Government and Industry RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and Sources Sought - preferred

  • Must have experience with MS Project and MS Office Suite

  • 3 or more years experience with critical path analysis

  • 3 or more years experience working in Government/DoD contracting environment

Physical Requirements

Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
