Job Summary: - Willing to train. - The ideal candidate would be a courteous, well-organized team player who is able to prioritize and meet deadlines. - Basic duties include answering phones, assigning calls, and assisting drivers with directions and paperwork in a very busy office setting with heavy call volume. - We are open 24hrs a day. - Knowledge of Berkshire County is helpful. Job Functions: - Retrieve maps and assist drivers with directions and paperwork - Answering incoming calls; assisting all callers - Communicate and assign calls to Taxi Drivers - Book transportation - Provide directions to drivers as needed - Perform clerical functions, data entry, filing - Perform other duties as needed Pay: depending on experience.
