Berkshire Precision Tool Customer Service Representative in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
Berkshire Precision Tool, LLC, a leading supplier of American-made, industrial cutting tools, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The hours for this position will be 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Requirements of this position are: - Previous customer service experience in an office environment - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel)
