Shipper/Receiver

Great company in Peabody looking for a 1st shift Warehouse/ Shipping & Receiving Assistant. This position requires one to contribution towards ensuring a smooth function of all shipping/receiving activities. The Shipper/Receiver Assistant will work under the guidance and supervision of the Quality Control Manager and carry out all duties and functions of the role on a day to day basis. Responsibilities

 Receive Material on a daily basis from outside vendors to prepare for Quality

Control and ultimately shipping to clients

 Prepare shipping labels via UPS/Fedex and DHL.

 Scan inventory in and out of stockroom.

 Provide information on inventory to Sales Department with regards to Qty, correct part

number and packaging.

 Assist with Breaking down incoming excess inventory as it arrives

 Assist with inventory control of warehouse items and equipment.

 Mark material, label bins and identify location of warehouse stock via bar code

system.

 Perform general organization and clean up of shipping/receiving area

 Other duties as assigned.

 Requires attention to detail, organization, and dexterity to handle small components and

work independently.
