Great matching candidates will be certified NDT Level II for MPI and x-ray.
Job Summary:
Perform MPI and film X-RAY of machined and welded aircraft components.
Conduct or direct critical inspections and provide accurate and concise interpretation of results utilizing NDT inspection systems.
Maintain technical training modules and execute training for hourly and variable workforce technicians as required.
Support activities as required such as proposal support, equipment maintenance, process instruction revisions, new test development, interpretation of customer technical specifications, and develop process improvements.
Core Skills Desired:
NDT Level II certified for MPI and X-RAY (FPI is a plus)
Ability to read blueprints and routers
GD&T knowledge a plus
Legal authorization to work in the US required: US Citizen due to nature of the work
Desired but not required skills:
Associate degree in engineering or manufacturing
Quality Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering experience
