Marketing Operations Coordinator (Hybrid Schedule)
This position is a part of our hybrid work arrangement and allows for a combination of three days in the office and 2 days remote work per week.

Converge is growing our marketing team with the addition of a marketing operations coordinator. This position will report to the senior marketing manager and work with a cross-functional team of creative professionals to develop, coordinate, implement, and measure marketing deliverables/tactics such as email communications, websites, design, marketing campaigns, lead and sales process flow, events, content, and sales enablement materials.
We're looking for a marketing professional with well-balanced experience, but with a stronger skillset in marketing automation, integrations, and operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Work closely with global sales and operations teams to enhance digital marketing initiatives and drive ROI
Day-to-day support for marketing campaign operations (such as Marketo, WordPress, GoToWebinar, ZoomInfo, social media, and others)
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
Streamline and enhance marketing user experience within the business ecosystem
Be a trusted advisor and develop strong partnerships with all areas of marketing, sales, quality, and business operations
Coordinate general marketing initiatives and projects, including but not limited to events, video, and content creation, cross-selling programs with other Arrow groups, and sales enablement initiatives and tools
Document existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize and scale with growing business
Field all one-off marketing operations questions from the marketing team
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing
Familiar with Marketo/Salesforce ecosystem or comparable
An appetite for tackling new challenges and solving problems
Someone who is curious, resourceful, and quick to learn
A candidate who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working cross-functionally and globally
Creative and artistic eye that leads to strong communication of key messaging
Excellent analytical skills - experience producing, consuming, and acting on analyses
The ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks; strong organizational and project management skills
Experience training users on new functionality you have built out
Experience working with HTML for email, understands basic coding preferred

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$26.01 - $31.90
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
