Our client in Peabody, Ma is looking for a temp to possible contract customer service rep. Responsible for providing and maintaining effective customer service and satisfaction; provide information to resolve customer shipment related issues; interact with management and warehouse personnel to establish service criteria and meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

: Provide exceptional customer service to the vendors, manufacturers, global hub staff and customer using the following system tools: HP Open View, Web portal ASN upload, and Inview

Create and handle service calls, change orders, and work orders

Assign all service calls, change orders and work orders to the proper parties for handling

Communicate status updates via email communication

Follow prescribed work instructions outlining all hub processes

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Skills:

Detail Oriented

Previous customer service experience or experience with freight forwarders

Strong software skills

Self Motivated

Qualifications:

This is a temp to possible perm position that pays $18/hour.
