What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to the Inside Sales Team and outside service provider (OSP) engagements.

  • Assist in maintaining performance expectations further to enhance Arrow's position within each customer and supplier.

  • Will handle more complex discrepancies, interfacing directly with OSPs, and recommend solutions and action plans to internal sales team staff.

  • Heavily involved with positive KPI improvement, including on-time delivery (OTD) and minimizing quality issues with the warehouse.Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process, including but not limited to Direct expedites with test houses (OSPs) and the ability to manipulate and manage account-specific backlog reports with test houses. This includes pulling data, utilizing Excel, and ensuring responses are received back in a timely manner.

  • Completing Work Orders (WOs) in Oracle, including managing delivery documents to test houses (where applicable). Managed outbound orders for end customers with great accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Support sales team with direct sales contact, ensuring quick and complete follow-through on inquiries from sales, test house, and end customers.

  • Handle and assist with branch service requests (sure ship and sure receipt), RMA (Return Material Authorization), and FQR (Field Quality Request) where necessary.

What Are We Looking For:

  • Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Entry-level often for those with work experience in the skill areaWorks within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision

  • Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required

  • Requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience

  • New hires are expected to be in person for the initial 8 weeks of onboarding; once this period is completed, the employee will then move to hybrid (3 days in office, 2 remote)

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$28.56 - $34.90

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
