As the Warehouse Manager, you will direct a team supervising and coordinating the new patient referral and admissions process for the So Cal region. You will be responsible for maintaining communication and workflow between the branch, Sales staff, referral sources and Insurance Verification team.
We're looking for a dynamic leader that is familiar with medical terminology, and has excellent written and verbal customer service, advanced computer, and prioritization skills in order to interact with key partners and patients.
You will lead all aspects of admissions personnel issues, such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, professional development, and termination.
You will address critical issues with healthcare providers and patients.
You will communicate with nursing agencies and health care professionals regarding patient care and treatment.
You will assist the Nurse Manager in coordinating training sessions for nurse clinicians.
You will resolve reimbursement issues with accounts, sales force, and Coram management.
You will work with all department managers for understanding of new regulations and procedures.
You will monitor missing and expiring forms and reports.
You will cross train to cover in the Admissions, Forms Procurement and Receptionist roles.

3+ years of healthcare admissions experience.
1+ year of supervisory experience.
3+ years proficient to advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Home Infusion experience
- Associates Degree preferred. Will accept one year of related work experience for each year of college not attained in addition to required years of experience.
