FM Senior Marketing Strategic Partner in NORWOOD, Massachusetts

FM is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategic Partner to join our team. You will lead regional or global marketing strategy, campaigns, and plans for the Division. Your role involves understanding business strategy, client personas, competition, and FM's value propositions. This position requires onsite work with some flexibility for remote work.
Schedule & Location:
This full-time office-based position is exempt and offers remote options. Work 5 days per week at one of our operation location offices in Boston, Los Angeles, St. Louis, Atlanta, or Chicago. Up to 15% to 20% of domestic travel is required.
Take charge of marketing strategy and action plans for all marketing activities in new and mature markets. Lead omnichannel campaigns that include advertising, PR, web, events, and exhibits.
Responsible for ensuring all marketing tasks follow approved practices and procedures, meeting brand and business requirements in each market, aligned with FM’s Market Prioritization.
Be part of the Division leaders' team, offering strategic marketing counsel to influence business strategies and achieve operational goals. Support new business development, client retention, risk improvement, market expansion, and profitable growth in the region.
Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing plan across multiple channels for the region, guiding a team consisting of Marketing, Client Service, Sales, and Operations to achieve a positive return on investment while staying within budget.
Direct a distributed team of internal and external marketing resources, working together harmoniously and effectively to accomplish the seamless execution of omnichannel campaigns.
Responsible for showing the return on investment of marketing budgets for assigned markets by setting and achieving attainable budget goals.
Advise the division management team on local market opportunities and needs. Prioritize markets for appropriate campaigns. Address local marketing issues.
Continuously assess processes and strategies to improve the efficiency, creativity, and quality of programs and tools crafted for both the market and sales force. In particular, work together with global colleagues to establish and monitor metrics for measuring the efficiency of marketing campaigns; track and analyze outcomes.
Show strong leadership, skill, and ability to align regional marketing activities, ensuring consistency and flexibility across markets to achieve global marketing goals.
Advocate for client, prospect, and partner needs and journeys to enable the achievement of corporate and operations objectives.
Lead marketing and other colleagues to globalize and/or personalize programs where appropriate and ensure that investments in content are brought to bear across assigned markets.
Required Education:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree
Highly Preferred Education:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Required Work Experience:
10+ years of work experience as a marketing communications professional in an agency and/or corporate setting working on omnichannel global marketing campaigns.
Proven work experience in developing and applying client personas and journeys, value propositions, competitive assessments, go-to-market plans, and measuring and reporting return on investment.
Proven track record of delivery to tight budgets and deadlines.

The annual salary for this position is $130,700-$187,800 and will be determined based on individual qualifications.
