MUST HAVES inspection microscope blueprints and drawings

Perform visual inspection of product using microscopes and magnification. Use various hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc). Measure parts and determine dimensional conformance with CMM. Conduct electrical and mechanical functional testing. Document inspection results.

Roughly 60% of work day is spent at workbench using microscope

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required. Ability to read/write legibly in English. Knowledge of MS Word/Excel. Ability to work for extended periods using microscope. Five years inspection experience in a fast paced technical industry. Read and understand engineering drawings and technical procedures. Work in an ISO certified company, not required but preferred. Ability to lift 20 pounds; bend, sit, stand when conducting daily job duties. Two year Associate’s Degree preferred. Certified by ASQ desirable.
