FM Global Marketing Specialist in NORWOOD, Massachusetts

Boston Operations is recruiting an Operations Enablement Specialist (OES). The OES will assist our client service teams (CST) with executing the client service process which in turn increases client retention, drives risk improvement, strengthens loyalty, and supports the future success of the operation.

We are looking for a creative consultant with strategic marketing experience to partner with our account management and engineering teams. Working closely with a client facing team of about 25 people, the OES will conduct account research, develop client centric content, leverage external marketing programs and campaigns while assisting with local client events. The ability to translate engineering and insurance information creatively and visually to our clients is needed throughout the client journey.

Ensure that the Account Manager/Account Engineer (AM/AE) has the requisite data, knowledge, and marketing resources to retain clients and drive risk improvement efficiently and effectively.

Work with Operations Client Service Teams by conducting research on existing client accounts, industry segment, strategic players, and recent news developments. This would include gathering c market intelligence and strategic gaps, where appropriate, and developing client centric content to guide client engagements.

Develop customized occupancy specific materials as well as optimizing the use of existing marketing assets to support the development of the account and to promote the value of a relationship with FM Global.

Develop, implement, and track results of wide scale communications for active client accounts.

Assist the AM/AE in the development of a client renewal, Client Service Plan, Stewardship presentation, and Risk Improvement plan.

Orchestrate and lead ongoing account check-ins with CSTs to ensure account goals, key contacts and account plans stay on track and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications.

Assist the CST with developing and managing a social media presence and accessing relevant information on accounts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

  • Graphic Design & Project Management experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills; fluency in English.

  • Thorough knowledge of the complete suite of Microsoft products.

  • Experience with CRM systems (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365) a plus.

  • Excellent Creative Suite Skills.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

  • Proven experience mining the web and familiarity with social networking tools.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and establish priorities.

  • Ability to be proactive, goal oriented and collaborative.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

  • Strong commercial awareness / business acumen.

This position will be based out of Norwood, Massachusetts.
