Why This Role Matters As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that life-changing medicines are produced safely and efficiently. Working in a state-of-the-art cleanroom environment, you'll handle materials, execute processes, and contribute to manufacturing excellence. What We're Looking For

• Education & Experience:

• Associate degree with 0–1 years of industry experience, OR

• High school diploma with 1–2 years of industry experience.

• Preferred Skills:

• Pharmaceutical or GMP experience (a plus).

• strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Ability to maintain gown certification and follow good documentation practices.

• Personal Attributes:

• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

• A bold, proactive attitude and a desire to make an impact.

salary: $28 - $33 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Practice Excellence: Adhere to Moderna's safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain compliance and efficiency.

• Master Manufacturing: Learn and execute tasks using cutting-edge systems like SAP, VEEVA, Delta V, Syncade, LIMS, and CMMS.

• Collaborate with Precision: Operate in a reader-doer system to verify and execute manufacturing processes.

• Ensure Quality: Maintain cleanroom environments, document processes accurately, and support audits with precision.

• Drive Operations: Transport materials and products safely, operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet trucks), and support inventory control.
