M.S. Walker CDL Driver in Norwood, Massachusetts
Wine & spirits wholesaler, M.S. Walker, is seeking Class B CDL Delivery Drivers. Drive company trucks to deliver product while providing a positive image through on-time delivery and customer service.
Full-time hours, 4 days per week (Tuesday - Friday).
Local 25 Teamsters Union
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Possess clean driving record
Drug/Alcohol free according to D.O.T. requirements
Pass D.O.T. physical
Must be organized and possess good communication skills
Must be able to work up to 14 hours per day, Tuesday – Friday
Ability to recognize and distinguish product essential
Must be able to deliver loads in excess of 500 cases and complete in excess of 30 route stops per day
Must be able to complete proper documentation of invoices according to Company policies and standards
Requirements
- Physical Requirements include, but are not limited to: long periods of sitting, standing, bending and lifting; the ability to lift single cases weighing in excess of 50 lbs.; the ability to handle a 2-wheeler with up to 250 lbs. maximum weight up and down stairs and in tight quarters; must be physically able to do repeated entry and exit of truck cab and box during the course of the day.
