ManpowerGroup Quality and Reliability Engineer in North Reading, Massachusetts
Our client, a multinational e-commerce company, is looking for a Quality and Reliability Engineer. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and strong project management skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality and Reliability Engineer
Location: North Reading, MA (hybrid)
Duration: 11 months
Pay Range: Up to $79.69/hr
What’s the Job?
Conduct thorough analysis of field failures to pinpoint risks related to product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prioritize areas for product improvement.
Drive corrective and preventative actions to address quality and reliability concerns in the field.
Support the development of processes, systems, and tools to optimize the Hardware Quality and Reliability Engineering function.
Facilitate the transfer of lessons learned from previous projects into new product designs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong statistical background.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality and Reliability engineering.
Proficiency with quality tools and concepts, including 8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
Experience with reliability testing, life data analysis, failure analysis, and reliability statistics.
Familiarity with tools such as Minitab, PTC Windchill Quality solutions, and Reliasoft Synthesis platform.
