Our client, a multinational e-commerce company, is looking for a Quality and Reliability Engineer. The ideal candidate will have effective communication and strong project management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality and Reliability Engineer

Location: North Reading, MA (hybrid)

Duration: 11 months

Pay Range: Up to $79.69/hr

What’s the Job?

• Conduct thorough analysis of field failures to pinpoint risks related to product quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to prioritize areas for product improvement.

• Drive corrective and preventative actions to address quality and reliability concerns in the field.

• Support the development of processes, systems, and tools to optimize the Hardware Quality and Reliability Engineering function.

• Facilitate the transfer of lessons learned from previous projects into new product designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong statistical background.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality and Reliability engineering.

• Proficiency with quality tools and concepts, including 8D, SPC, MSA, FMEA.

• Experience with reliability testing, life data analysis, failure analysis, and reliability statistics.

• Familiarity with tools such as Minitab, PTC Windchill Quality solutions, and Reliasoft Synthesis platform.
